In spring of 2025, we’re hosting our first Artist in Residency Program, welcoming 3-4 artists interested creating a piece of work that gets people to learn about, think about, or yearn for a more ecological civilization.

What we’re hoping for…

• Any medium is welcome! Muralism, sculpture, ecological design, music, stonework, something we haven’t thought of.

• Ideally looking for work that can remain at Solar Punk Farms or in the town of Guerneville to inspire future visitors.

• We’re inspired by works that draw from the Solar Punk ethos of Climate Optimism, Appropriate Tech, Creative Reuse, Resilience through Diversity, Nature as Technology

• $1000 artists stipend for time and materials
